Ordering

A deposit of $1500 is required to secure a spot in the build schedule and lock in at current prices. Some guitars with custom options or woods may require a larger initial deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable. Options and specifications for your guitar will be discussed and agreed upon when you place your deposit, and a price will be determined based on those specs. 50% of the balance is due when construction of your guitar begins (you will receive notice 30 days prior to your guitar's construction date). The full balance is due upon completion and prior to shipment of your new guitar.
Upon receipt and clearance of your final payment, your guitar will be shipped using the carrier of your choice, or you are of course welcome to pick it up directly from me. You will be responsible for shipping costs, and taxes or duties if applicable.
Ordering from the US or Mexico? You will be happy to know that my guitars are covered under the CUSMA/USCMA Agreement, and can be imported into the US and Mexico Duty-Free.

Warranty

My guitars are warranted to the original purchaser for as long as you're still picking and I'm still breathing guitar wood dust. You are welcome to contact me for a copy of the Warranty Card I issue for each guitar, as well as a handy sheet outlining how you can ensure your guitar is properly cared for.
